John K. John (Positivity, Ideation, Connectedness, Empathy and Futuristic – Top 5 Talent Themes) is a HR professional who intentionally moved to his passion area of Learning and Development in 2003 and has not looked back since. Today, he is Vice President with a Fortune 500 company based in Mumbai, India.

John holds a Post Graduate Honours in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social work, after he completed his Graduation in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, India.
A Certified T3 Zig Ziglar Trainer and is also a Level 1 certified Birkman Consultant in understanding Human Behaviour, a Belbin team role certified trainer, he added two more feathers to his cap, a  Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach (2015) & a BP10 (Builder Profile) Entrepreneurial Talents Coach(2017)

He is a sought-after facilitator on Making Work, WORK across Cultures a Cultural Sensitization workshop that sensitizes US / European customers to the ways of working of Indians & India. He has conducted these workshops for key clientele across verticals with close to 1,500+ customer employees taking part in these workshops across USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia.
